Hi trying to see preview from a connected hikvision dvr remotely.(over the internet). getting error: Exception occurs while device Camera 01 gets realtime stream, stop preview! All other function working ok, eg can see/change settings, can playback,etc Any idea? maybe a port need to be opened in firewall? Thanks a lot!
