Hi all, just received a 16 channel pro series DVR and trying to setup the system in PSS with the following system. Microsoft Windows 7 x 64 Home Premium Intel® Core i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz NVIDIA GeForce GT 440 1.00 GB 1920 x 1080 Total Memory 7.96 GB Motherboard Asus Model P8Z77-V PRO When I go to, Setting Manager > Device Manager, there is not a full screen view of the Device Manger screen, it is cut off at the bottom with only about half of "Password and Confirm Password" being displayed, there is no "add or save" button, therefore, there is no way to enter the device. I am sure that it is something with my system causing the problem but have been unable to determine the cause. Any suggestions that you may have would be greatly appreciated. A side note, the cameras cannot be seen in IE 9 or 10. When I enter the IP address, there is no message or no response of any kind from IE. ActiveX is set up and port forwarding has been done. I can see them one at a time with Firefox. Thanks for your comments. Ted

Finally got the issue resolved with the help of the DVR company, I had tried different screen resolutions but had not tried changing the text size, which I had set on "medium", changed it to original (small) and then I could see the text in the PSS device setup screen and now it is working. Still have not resolved the issue with IE not being able to see the cameras.
