I have a Wansview ip camera. It is setup for wireless operation. I just monitor the garage. It is setup for motion to send 6 frames to my email. At times when I look at the pictures they are smeared. (Like a race car going down the street at a high rate of speed and your picture is blurred because you shutter speed wasn’t fast enough). What would cause this? Also I’m sure the Wansview isn’t the best quality. What would you recommend that I purchase to correct the problem? Or what should I look for in an ip camera? MelvinEdward
