You probably have the same camera ...
-
If you have lighting, just get a color only camera, it should be a much better image as then it would have a fixed iR cut filter.
-
better yet .. pay someone else to run the cable and dont worry about that part ..
-
Ive never used a stripper, neither type ... Just some real dull cutters ... works for me ..
-
Well his studies are totally incorrect with the Twist on BNCs as I have a ton of them in the field now, going on over 5 years with perfect images, and also in some very harsh environments. The rest is interesting but ....
-
Yeah i forgot .. but still its not the Nucleus RTOS like the DVRs have, I think it is just linux embedded, not Linux RTOS .. still interesting line they have started, i guess will see some more at the show.

fighting it still .. need any help let me know will be online .. VideoCom were alot of help also BTW ... just gotta make sure its line of sight and pick a stronger set if pushing through any trees/bush or what not .. water slows it down and that includes trees BTW when they get wet from rain, and also human bodies .. mount them high off the ground and pointing at each other .. -

Even with VideoComm using 1.2, 2.4 & 5.8 together you max out around 16 .. but you can probably add 900 Mhz for the PTZs and then you should be set .. Check them out, they work well, i just did some VideoCom a couple weeks ago for someone. Though that is the problem with Analogue wireless, limitation to the amount you can use in one particular direction. You should be able to use more once they are set in different directions though. send us a photo looking at the cameras and house ..
-
yeah i think it will be okay for your home, heck the Cmos camera would be too .. anything is better than nothing sometimes ...
-
nah wont get a true day night in that price range, but personally i would do without and add more light, i just cant stand bad images .. that or sell them the $20 Cmos Color IR cameras from China ..
-
Provideo ... just not with the same iR distance .. but hey, install a light Its great night time quality though ... hence the idea of the module for a budget Color only camera and a BW only camera .. dual cameras with switchover for cheap ...
-
tried that already ofcourse ///
-
doesnt matter, its not True BW its just the Chroma removed. BW will always be much much better, but then thats why you pay more for it.
-
Yea you do get what you pay for, but for the money the 53 will outperform any other IR OEM bullet. For night vision, its great. There is a nice broad, bright spectrum of IR. Of course it's not going to perform as well as Extreme's cams, but their 10 times the price. Sometimes there is no need for that much IR or for that expensive of a camera. For convenience, retail, small businesses it's a perfect camera, Plus you get an integrated mic, which works pretty good. And their failure rate is very low. I cant stand bad color production though .. id rather just BW ...
-
The light's not from the IR source, its from another source coming from the building ...?? That doesnt look like IR from a bullet camera, that looks like Flood lighting or some other light source, even a monitor.
-
The WZ46 is good from using it before, and I did use the WZ30 before, but it was a color high res version, these were the 400TVL BW versions - whats that saying - you get what you pay for?? I emailed you the comparison in a zip file - those Provideo Bullet Cameras are still the best Ive seen yet for the price .. but bullet cameras are no good anymore for this nightclub app due to vandalism that has taken place in the past.
-
probably need a Fresh Format ...?
-
overtime??
-
Hey well you know me .. im sending a bunch of WizKid Domes back cause im not happy with the image .. and the shipping both ways cost almost as much as all 6 cameras put together ..
-
yes it doesnt exist here ..
-
its a cheap camera as with all Color IR OEM Bullets, dont depend on it for any kind of decent night time vision ... you basically get what you pay for.
-
if you can buy that in your country .. noone down here ever heard of it, tried polorizing filters but they are useless in our bright sun .. tried a tinted glas also and stilll useless ... in fact, the biggest problem is the glare on the CCTV Monitor from the Sunlight // so i always focus in evening time (just when its getting dark) for Day Night cameras (and in BW mode), or at least overcast for all other outdoor cameras. This ofcourse is to get a perfect image.
