dataave the files on my site under the Iview heading are also recordings, from the Iview Cards .. just in case you want to check them out, includes the small clip that loads on the right .. its available in larger AVI or WMZ files right above it ..

the price difference between a BW box camera and a color box camera is very small these days, in the high quality camera brands. You may want to consider that as an option also.
-
bullet, dome or BOX camera, and in BW or Color, Low Light or Standard??
-
Its the same tech support staff.
-
by the way, the 150 doesnt exist, unless it is a very new camera not yet on their site or catalog, or a very old one, before 4 years ago .. as its not in my old price list?? There is a CVC-190 that is fairly new though, sure it isnt that? 420TVL is okay, but 570-600TVL is high res for BW cameras. ..
-
They can go bad, plus it IS a very cheap OEM camera ... did you try a different lens?
-
Never used their Box cameras, kind of like using COP USA cams .. anyway, the 150 I dont see, just this: http://www.specotech.com/cart/products/productDetails.asp?prodID=275 420TVL ... Dont know how much this Provideo cam is, but I only buy their Bullet cameras really, a color box from a name brand like GE, Sanyo, Ganz, Bosch, etc, are all around the same price, and worth it for better quality.

Yeah, here in Nassau, but it used to be fine on my connection, its at someone elses on a different node now, they have always had a slow upload speed .. i told them id need to bring it here otherwise ill leave the demo off for now .. they have a network and the kids like to stream video, etc etc, download stuff so thats probably slowing it down too ... oh well ...

demo, demo

ahh, i just took it off, i tried to conect but its wayy to slow, Im going to see if I can convince them to give it to me to hook up .. try the direct link for now though .. http://www.bahamassecurity.com/r16000.asp Remember, it is a very basic network server, 1 channel basically, so only in 1 camera view is it any good really, though it does have some features like multiple users and levels, etc , the windows software is better than the browser also ... but ..anyway, nice local motion detection and all ..and for that price, you can at least log in and see your video .. Rory

yes, it sais Budget 16 channel DVR .. i may take it off though, as the users connection is sooo slow .. i may need to bring it back to my place instead .. as it used to be very fast on my connection ...will see .. its just a demo machine, not a clients.

Yeah, i asked about it, they dont sell it on this side of the world, and no its not cheap, I guess you are paying for design, and the embedded XP OS licence? They are also phasing out some of the cards, but they will let you know which ones when you email them. I think they are stopping the HiCaps and just going to sell the Xcaps.
-
Yes they really have some great personal tech support.

I love the stand alones, but there are just some features you get with PCs that are not found in any stand alone, its not even the price, its the features that make the difference. Some stand alones are alot cheaper than the cards (with the PC). If you dont need the features .. well, get the Avtech
-
Most of the stand alones ive used that used port 80 only, required DMZ turned on for that internal IP.

UDB is a political party down here ,.

Yes, the product which is is supposed to be is a good product, which is the Iview (in the picture), but no idea whether that is what is going to arrive at your door! Its Ebay, its taking a chance buying from eBay.
-
he was meaning the previous ebay links ... not this one, this one isnt an Iview card.

no day night version is there? Im looking at say for outdoors like a gas station where it gets dark when they close. Or would just use a Pano? also, dome version? I guess thats where the pano comes into play?
-
and for you ganz guys, which is the better Day night, there are 2 of them .. also, they dont seem to have an exview color camera ...?
-
Well this is more like what we would have to pay for it from the local dealer: http://www.spytown.com/zc-y30nh4.html Levon is your price pretty consistent on that unit? If so then we can buy a bunch of those from you. also, what about their other day night camera, and the compact WDR camera? thanks rory
-
yeah im looking at Ganz for indoor high res dome, (cheap like $200), and then their Box cameras, their outdoor day night domes are too expensive though, about $100 more than Sanyo. I can only carry 1 product for each app.
