PLEASE HELP!, i have this dvr: http://www.pcplay.com.pe/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=131 and works with the DAHUA 3104 firmware. (i downloaded it and upgraded and works fine) but it doesn´t send snapshot to the mail, it only sends the same info ISELFSTORAGE told: Alarm event: Motion DetectStart Alarm Begin Time: 2012-12-22 14:36:11 Alarm input channel No.: garage(4) Alarm device name: HouliSecurity Sender IP address: 192.168.1.10 the manual that came with it shows photos of the "snapshot settings" but these options don´t appear in the dvr. Is there a way to upgrade with a firmware that allows this snapshot/mail function? MANY MANY THANKS!
