  1. Dennis your a saviour! Your right i had forwarded the command port, though not the media port, i have done this and now all seems to be working, thanks very much indeed!
  2. Hi Dennis Many thanks for the reply, the only information on the DVR or manual is H.264, i have forwarded port 80, i am guessing the port fowarding is working as i can see the DVR over the internet in as far as i can see each of the files that are being recorded and any red flags triggered by motion detect etc. I have adjusted all of the Active X as per other peoples info so that it allowed the Web application manager to open and run the PTZ control software. My computer is running Windows 7 64 bit, all i can not see is the four camera feeds are just black, no image or sound?
  3. Hi, hoping someone on here can help me on my long and painful path trying to set up a remote CCTV DVR system. I have pretty much FINALLY sorted things out, though now when i access the Web Application Manager I can see the HDD and all of the information details been recorded etc, though can not view live feeds of the images, all of my 4 screens are blank, also when i select to replay saved info on the HDD the file plays on the time bar etc, though again can not see any images? Anyone able to save my sanity on this would be much appreciated
