Hi. I'm new to this.
I have a Samsung smart viewer newly installed at my private residence and up until recently was showing on a main frame computer and 2 laptops.
One of the laptops is responding but is not showing any data ( blank screen ) I have been into the admin section and can not see anything amiss other than the connect icon is showing unplugged, when I click on this nothing happens. Terry.
Hi. Just found out system needed upgrading from v3.10 to v3.14, this involved uninstalling old data and reinstalling new data v3.24.
This maybe of some use to someone. Terry.
