I had the same issues with my HDBW3202 MD would never work properly.. look up my post on this forum it was fixed last week with a firmware update. MD records everything and works 100% for me with a NVR3216-P now. I guess email the reseller and get a firmware update for it.

Just got V2.103.0000.1.R.20130226 for the HDBW3202 Not sure if its the same as the above file but updated fine on my camera above.

How did you go with a update? I am looking for a update on my HDBW3202 due to motion detect issues myself. Will try reseller tonight.. see if i get any replies.

pretty sure its off on the camera side... only enabled on the NVR. And all times are correct. Will play around with it again on weekend again...

So its best i find a CS mount lens with 2.8~12mm varifocal.. then it should be OK? any tips where i can find one? I have another camera here which is 2.8~12mm varifocal but not sure what mount it is.. will need to check. PS: love your website has help me heaps before deciding on cams

Im in the process to buy one of these what firmware do you currently have.. how long ago did you buy it?

anyone help out with latest firmware for the NVR3216-P? I have this currently.. is it latest or how old is it? Hope someone can help. thank in advance!
