Hi, try to disconnect all hard drives . I have same problems with many device of this model, when hard drive i broken dvr wont boot . In my case it stopped at 55% or 65% . good luck

Hi friends, can anyone help me with GE SymDec 16 plus 4 dvr with firmware version 1.46R . I upgraded firmware to version 1.60C, it says upgrade complete. Then dvr restart and loading to 45% a menu called System Restore opened and says : Firmware upgrade fail insert flash and press enter . When I do it, it freeze on loading and nothing happened . I've try other flash drives with different volumes and firmwares same problem. When I press enter without flash drive inserted it freeze on loading like with flash in it . I think dvr not recognize inserted flash with firmware . Please if anyone have an idea lets share it, I am in big trouble now
