how to connect DVR with door access, alarm, lighting, etc?

Google brought me here after I looked for a way to open my gate remotely. Mind if I asked where to buy this PTZ controller Rx and Tx? I looked around but failed to find one, maybe because I have no idea what they're called. Installation wise, is it easy for someone who has little skill in electrical or anyone can easily install it? thanks.
