    Hello Terreq, yes you can do like this. Connect your NVR with WIFI router through Ethernet cable, and connect the Wireless IP cameras with WIFI router through WIFI in the same network. Then, you can add the wireless IP camera in NVR and make operations there. Besides, you also can connect the wireless IP camera to related cellphone app in the WIFI condition.

    I think most cellphone monitoring apps are for Android, Iphone/Ipad and Blackberry. As WINDOWS OS is still not popular, many companies will consider to develop the WINDOWS app later.
