Just buy a card that has hardware overlay.. also means no full screen....the pink is due to hardware overlay not working..4 things: 1/ Check you have loaded the full driver set for your mainboard 2/ Check that you have latest drivers for your G Force 3/ Check the cable your using to the telly...does twin screen work without Geo. 4/ Try the Real Time Card it will improve it by 70% -
We use heaps of different kinds.. what ever isnt out of stock.. the main ones are either Asus, Intel or Abit

They will help.. enable the direct draw overlay and you should be able to click to fullscreen after a reboot, the other one will soften the blurry lines on the interlace... -

MagicRadar vs AnyKeeper
cctv_down_under replied to loop's topic in DVR Cards and Software - PC Based Systems
Want a laugh... Geo is now coming to do a trade show here, so my stand will be next to the manufactorer...OH BUT THEY WONT SELL TO MY CUSTOMERS ... What a joke.. I would advise anyone away from Geo..mind you I thinkt hey still have the best product but I will keep searching for a replacement! I would not mind so much if they did standardise their prices.. but they just lie and lie and lie.. Hermin says the sell on Ebay now!!.. good luck to them.. they will die with support when everyone dumps them! -
1 Million is not much, if you tottaled every DVR he claims he has it would be a small fortune, much more than 1 Mill believe me I know what 1 Mill of dead stock looks like in a wharehouse and how it hurts.. to be honest I know he is a freind of yours but there is no way he has all that in stock not in very large quantites but as a re-seller I bet it is not too far away if needed... If only I could get accounts with my suppliers then it would be so much easier to keep more stock.
-
A.V. they dont list it on their site.... mind you I bet my left one that they dont hold all that stock, no one could afford to do that.. I hate when people do that.. I only advertise what I can actually carry!

ooops me not em!

It is an interlacing and size problem. Do threee things to fix it.... 1/ Change the "Video Source" to 640x480SW not 640x480, the SW is a software interlace. 2/ If your Video Card supports it turn on "De-Interlace renderer" under the system configure section (tick box) and in the Log program settings. 3/While your there you might as well turn on "Direct Draw Overlay" under the syetm config menu (only if your video card supports it). The "real time card" aslo remedies this problem. What video card do you have, and have you loaded direct x 9? also what resolution do you have the video source set to? -
We used to sell LG DVr's....BLEHHHHH but one came back and customer really wants it fixed...So I was wondering...If anyone has a spare "Convert Module" from older LG DVR. These are insert cards with 4 Connexant chips. We need two. Model number is DM829X4. I think this is a part of real-time card for display.

what are the alternatives for PC-BASED CCTV backup system ??
cctv_down_under replied to tom's topic in General Digital Discussion
You can buy networked external HDD Holders, you run an etehrnet cable staright to them, they can hold one drive or 20 depends on the model you want to buy, BTW power would kill your USB drive as well.. you should have aline filter and Inline UPS and that should fix that problem... as for theft... Geo sends video data on motion detection in set areas to anohter location, therefore you could network it to your home machine ...place a camera near the dvr and after hours have anyone that goes to go near it send the video to your home,,, so if they trash it they are on film!
