    If you loose the ADMIN password for the HD300 series then you need to do a complete menu reset. This is done following the process below For WJ-HD316A: 1.Turn off the unit 2. Press and hold buttons 1 and 6 on the front. 3. Turn on the unit whilst keeping the above buttons held down. 4. Keep the buttons held down until the Panasonic screen appears (approximately 25 seconds). 5 The unit will then boot up and once fully loaded the menus (and passwords) will be reset. For WJ-HD309A: 1. Turn off the unit 2. Press and hold buttons 1 and 5 on the front. 3. Turn on the unit whilst keeping the above buttons held down. 4. Keep the buttons held down until the Panasonic screen appears (approximately 25 seconds). 5 The unit will then boot up and once fully loaded the menus (and passwords) will be reset.
