Im having the same problem and I think it is the prerecord setting.. I had 2 sec. pre record and each video would play two sec. and stall for a sec. or so then I increased pre record to 4 sec. and the video stall didnt stall till 4 sec. into the video play back.. So not sure yet still testing ..but I think it has to do with the pre record.... Ill let u know in the next couple days gunna do some testing... turn pre record down or off and see what happens...let me know how it turns out. Scott V.

ok I did some testing and the glitch/pause in recording is exactly how many seconds into the video as my pre-record is....?? I didnt notice before cuz I didnt hav a pre record setup.. ??? Any ideas?? thanks Scott V.

I had geovision 8.5.4 and playback was super smooth and I upgraded to geo 8.5.6 and now playback is very jerky first 4 seconds (prerecord?) is smooth then it looks like it skips a second or maybe two and then is smooth again??? anybody else having this happen ? Maybe its a setting I changed ?? I dunno thinking about going back to 8.5.4 if I cant get it to playback without skipping seconds right when I need it most. Scott V.
