I was in the process of setting up parameters in my GE Cyberdome PTZ camera when I came across the sync external AC or internal crystal. I choose the external AC and my camera lost its mind. Now, I am unable to bring up the camera parameter screen so I'm unable to initiate a reset command to the camera. It briefly dislplays a video picture, then begins to rotate at random, then dislplays a gray screen. Unless I can manually reset the eeproms this camera is now useless. Can someone tell me how to manually reset the camera eeproms? Dan in Denver
