How can I record PAL to disk using coaxial input on a desktop machine.? I have a coaxial video camera and a desktop machine running XP with a Digital video recording system card in the PCI slot. Would I use some sort of DVR software to stream/write the video to disk or is there a setting in BIOS that ignores Booting to OS and just streams whatever output to the PCI card. Digital video recording system is limited to NTSC/PAL formats. ______________________ cute video ~ video library ~ commercial video
