I'm new to this forum & I am having trouble with a Samsung SDE-5002N. The DVR does not respond to any controls... no response to the mouse, nothing with the buttons on the face of the unit & nothing with the remote control. It is currently cycling through a full view of each camera & the HD light on the face of the unit is flickering occasionally. This was recently purchased & only seemed to work correctly for about one day when it was installed. It was sent to Samsung for warranty repair, but they said nothing was wrong with it. Any suggestions?
If I decide to purchase another DVR, any recommendations for a comparable unit that should be better quality & should run quieter? Thanks in advance for any help!
