Hello All, I am so glad I found this forum. I am working with Acuix Analog PTZ that was used to replace a Kalatel. it was hooked to a old DS2 with only 1 serial port using a RS-232/485 converter from speco, It was peforming for 3 Days then stopped. I have replaced the DVR with a new Digital Sprite 2, I have spent 2 Days changing Different protocols, baud rates and Using Each of the 4 Serial ports on back. I have had no help with Either Mfg. Tech support Team. I just found a thread that stated possibly Rebooting power after you make Changes to Telemetry.... ANY IDEAS??? Thanks, Doug B
