Your problem is that the IP address is DYNAMIC so its keep changing, you should go in the DVR config, set DDNS "on" and set the "eagleeyes" option it will give you an automatic option that will begin with something like this "MACXXXXXXXX" where the XXX's are your MAC address and the rest of the domain would be like ".ddns.eagleeyes.tw" this will give you a unique domain because there are not two MAC address equal, and will be something like "MACXXXXXX.ddns.eagleeyes.tw", this with your port will be your DVR remote access domain.
