    Hi, we have a Pacom PDR-32-RMT, 32 Channel DVR and have lost the password. We do not need to view any of the recorded footage (our company has relocated), is there a password reset that we could use?

    Hi, thanks for the response. I'm in Auckland, New Zealand. Our local Pacom agent (Hills) is struggling to find the right information re resetting the password.
