Hi all... Recently i have added Axis Q7401 encoder with Legend IP PTZ camera to Omnicast 4.8.video is working but PTZ is not working.During adding of PTZ in Omnicast its not showing the serial ports in the option ... Any Help.. Thanks and Regards, Vinay

Hi all, I am using PC with windows7 OS to view legend ip PTZ cameras i can able to see other options like PTZ,focusing etc etc but i am not able to see the video in web browser. Any help.....

Thanks Smith, the latest GE Legend dome Firmware is 3.77 which i already uploaded,but the problem is you have to create PTZ unit in omnicast in which you have to select serial port which is not displaying. i am facing problem with PTZ movement when its connected directly with ip may be some hardware problem. With encoder its working fine in web browser the only problem is its not working with Omnicast 4.8.in omnicast camera is added its showing the video, for PTZ controlling we need to create a PTZ unit for every device in which its not adding..
