  1. For everyone trying to use the Android app, Swann sent me an email on how to set up the app correctly, this is what the sent me. Logging in from your Mobile • To connect from your iPhone, open the AppStore application and download SwannView NVR. To connect from your Android phone, open the PlayStore and download iVMS-4500 (Note: No Swannview App yet for Android). You can find it by using the Search feature.

  4. Has anyone had any problems with the "email" feature? I've tried everything I can think of, but still get an error message when I try to "test or "apply" The message says "please enter a valid senders address" as well as the "receivers address". I got a hold of swann tech support, spent about an hour on the phone with him, no luck, said I have to wait for a "senior tech" to get a hold of me. I also tried Costco's tech support, and spent another hour or so. (which by the way, both were very helpful outside of fixing my problem, very impressed). I have a Netgear router, and my service provider is Comcast. ::figured it out::
