  4. Hello everyone, please excuse me if I am being dumb here, any help is appreciated a lot. I work in digital video industry, so when I got this mp4 footage from my local foodstore, that I hope to help me find clues to a theft happened to me, I was very surprised that I could not find any way to play it, even after spending heavy hours on google. I tried all converters I use, from carbon coder to mpg streamclip, countless players, downloaded codecs and weird stuff from cctv producers but nothing worked. so I have an almost 1 Gb mp4, and I also received a player software of which I attach screenshots. I tried to find the player online, which I thought might lead to me to the producer of the cctv system which was used in this case, and I have found http://www.sjabbott.com/Download.html this site, and the player here is very similar to the one that was provided to me, but neither this player or information helped me yet. The copy of footage did play well on the foodstore's computer with this player given, on windows xp. is it possible that this video can not be played at all?
