    Hi, I would like to install 4 outdoor security cameras . I'm looking for the best solution in terms of cost/effective. I already have 4 cat7 ethernet cables installed inside my walls . My questions : 1. Is there any IP cameras with POE ( Power over ethernet) in reasonable prices ( 100-150 $ ) ? 2.
