I have a DVR AVTECH, AVC791ZB (!Z) - Europe. I have upgrade firmware with latest firmware from AVTECH site.... Unfortunately, after upgrade, DVR starts, after initialization it displayed an image like wrong resolution and restarts.
I have located pin's near S-ATA and succeed to reset. However, none of the firmware that i have tried did not made it again live....
steps performed:
- stick formatted FAT32 - all files in root, perform power cycle and short beep received, but after this black screen (read the firmware files, but it's not doing anything....). For a period of less than 1 second, after short beep, it's displaying start update app.... but the black screen with no action.
- if i started normally (no USB, no reset procedure), after the reset, it stays forever in system initial....
Can somebody be so kind to send me some firmware files to try to perform again a manual reset and hopefully start loading the firmware? I am pretty sure that the firmware files on stick, that I am using, are not the right ones…. Maybe that’s why the procedure just reads them but do not apply them… Or maybe something wrong with boot loader?
