Hello! I bought a dvr brand dahua but I'm not getting set up, I put the data into the dyndns DVR can view in my browser but when I configure iDMSS the Iphone can not open, do more than 2 days I'm trying and I can not, can someone help me?

So, i'm from Brazil.. but i tried changing the username and de password, and the system is working right know.. i'm fact i need to put the DVR key in idmss no the Dyndns key.

I tried, but i cant have sucess.
