Hi guys, Just want to make myself clear about the network of surveillance system. As we know the enterprise's surveillance system has the control room where multiple live camera's feeds are displayed on the screen. Lets say there are 100 IP cameras. An NVR will establishes a connection to each camera. So basically there are 100 real time connections to the NVR. Then the control room has to connect to the NVR to display the camera view on the screen (that matrix screen). Please correct me if I am wrong. My question is, how the NVR forward all the 100 live views to the control room? is it 100 separate connections? or is there only one stream which contain the content from all cameras? Or other techniques. Thanks in advance!
