Hi all . Sorry for my english but i am italian user. I use in my home this 16channel dvr model (Image is the same) http://www.cctv-dvr-systems.com/product.php?id_product=27 with label id D9216GV. The problem is the firmware and software because in "info" screen i found : Software DVR16B-57AG Version V2,1-v100316 Now i ask: Where can i find new firmware , if exist, for this dvr?
