Hi, On my street we decided to setup a surveillance system, where we could monitor what is happening outside. (about 1/4 mile) I have set up a wireless network for the Cams on my street. 2 Geovision and 6 Swann Cams. Only one on the POE port. The rest are all powered externally (not POE). This setup seems to be stable and acceptable. Now I need to add 1 additional cam. And don't want to spend much more money. Is it possible? I still have enough bandwidth available (only using 40 MB of the 64 MB available) The software of the NVR seems to support it but is set to a maximum of 8 Cams. Can it somehow be tweeked? Or hacked? Also, has anyone setup cameras remotely using wireless? Any hint would be greatly appreciated.
