Anyone have a problem with Yosemite and the Hikvision plugin. I can't seem to get my cameras to load in Chrome or Safari. I tried re-downloading the plugin too.

Hello. I am selling and USA retail version of the Hikvision DS-2CD2532-I mini dome camera. I purchased it several months back for a new home I just built. It's 4mm and I need a 6mm. It's never been mounted or used other than for some testing. $99 + shipping and it's yours.

So you got it working under Chrome? It works for me but only under Safari.

Are you using Safari or Chrome? I just noticed my works with Safari but not with Chrome.

I installed 6 cameras around my house DS-2CD2532-I. The one on the front porch was working great but now stays in B&W (night) mode all day. I can manually switch back to color but the auto thing stopped working. The rest of the cameras work fine and all the settings are the same. I even wiped the entire thing and started over but it still is stuck. Any ideas?

I just got the USA version of the brand new DS-2CD2532F-I, which is based on the Raptor platform. I am planning on putting 5 of them around the outside of my house. They have onboard SD recording which is a must for me. The image is crisp and it is really compact. Let me know if you have any questions.

I also downgraded the firmware but it did not help. Has anyone tried yet with a different provider? Does it work? I can't seem to get it to work with iCloud either.

I am having the same issue but I am not using an NVR. Upgrade them to 5.1.6 and the camera alerts, which were working in GMail just stopped working. I think it might be a bug in the new camera firmware.

I have two DS-2CD8464F-EIW and one DS-2CD2432F-IW. All are being used as baby monitors and I really can't see a difference. The wife loves them as do the grandparents and the nanny. Our son just turned three so it's time to sell one of them but I've been very happy with Hikvision and the iVMS app. Let me know if you have any questions.

I am having trouble with the night mode on my Hikvision DS-2CD2532F-IS. It looks great during the day but at night you can't see anything. Any ideas on how to correct it? Day Image Night Image

I'm havings lots of problems with the 5.1.0 Chinese version of the DM365 firmware. Anyone have 5.1.2 or 5.0.0?

They include the contact for security wires. For instance, if it detects motion, sound an alarm.

I = Infrared S = Security W = Wireless I have the I and IS versions. It looks like the added a wireless version which is awesome.

They have about a 12 inch dongle. I've been using the SD storage for about 6 months now without an issues. I have two baby cameras and one in our living room. Additionally, I work at a school and we have about 15 Hikvision cameras around campus. No issues yet with the SD recording but if the cards wear out to quickly we may go for a centralized server. We can view or playback several cameras at once using the Mac or iOS applications.

I just bought one. The total price shipped was about $180.

I just got it so I have no tried it outside yet. 10' Meters is 30 feet which is enough for my application. I got the 4mm and the camera is a 3 axis.

I just got one of the new Hikvision DS-2CD2432F-IW cube cameras. I love it but i am having a issue viewing it via a browser on my Mac. Windows works fine on it and my other Hikvision (non-raptor) work fine with Mac. I'm guessing there is an updated mac plugin not on the USA or European websites. Does anyone have access to an updated an web components file for Mac?

I basically had the same problem and I actually bought a Brickcom first but the software (iOS and Windows ActiveX) was terrible. I ended up getting Hikvision cube cameras from AliExpress. I have two DS-2CD8464F-EIW and one DS-2CD2432F-IW. The main reason I went with Hikvision is because they have a built in NVR so I don't have to use a NAS. Just pop one of these guys in a location along with an SD card and you are good to go. Additionally, you can be view/playback via iOS/Android app, Windows/Mac app or a we browser.
