Kevin, thank you so much, I have PM'd you. I tried asking the seller from whom I purchased the cameras from but they wanted me to ship the cameras back to them to update the firmware. I asked them to email it to me, or give me a link to download but they said they cannot do that.

I find it extremely frustrating that Dahua does not publish the latest firmware for their cameras. I bought 4 IPC-HFW2100 bullet cameras and two of them have the latest firmware, but two of them dont. The ones with the latest firmware all can view the feeds from any web browser after downloading the plugin. The two with the old firmware cannot. Why cant they just publish their firmware? Does anyone have a link or can they PM me the latest firmware for this camera? I would be greatly appreciative. I am in the US so I would need the NTSC version.
