I lost both harddrives (Raid 1) and am rebuilding my DVR from scratch. When I go to reload the FXViewer, I noticed I have the wrong version of the program as I have no setup options etc. I had to do this before several years ago, but then, I called Netpromax and received the correct file. I cannot locate or contact them now and a search for the file has been futile. I had it saved locally but apparently my AV software wiped it out leaving only a few files behind. From what I can tell, I need the FX1032XE-Setup.exe software viewer and not just the FXViewer. My DVR shows I have a Netpromax 3RD DVR Board and more specifically, I have a CAPT 8 XP. I am using 32 channels. Anyone have this file or know where I can locate it?
