  1. I would like some advice on the following: I have a Vivotek AE-132 camera housing (has fan and heater pre installed) and a Vivotek PZ8111 camera, which is a PoE cam. Inside the housing is a small circuit board that lets me hook up the camera to it so that the camera will receive power from the external power supply supplied with the housing. I would like to use the PoE camera to supply the housing with power using just the network cabel and a PoE switch or PoE injector. Is this possible?
  2. I was wondering if anybody here has any experience with the Vivotek FD8361 megapixel camera. I use it outdoors and several times a day (also at night time) it dims or brightens the picture. Every time it does this-it records the incident. This happens at least 40, 50 times in a 24 hour period. This results in several GB with useless video, and there is no reason why it should be making these light adjustments as far as I can see. In iris mode I tried switching between outdoor and fixed, but it didn't make any difference. Any help here would be greatly appreciated
