Has anyone had any success with playing the UMV files produced by the XDH killer CCTV with anything other than the very basic Windows SimpleUniPlayer exe that installs from the CD that came with the box? Ideally I'd like to be able to play these files on my iPhone or iPad as I can easily transfer the UMV files to these devices from my remote ftp file server. It's very frustrating having the UMV files sitting on my iPhone with half a dozen video converter/player apps only to find nothing seems to understand this format. I've tried playing with the UMV to AVI converter (from here: http://www.cctvcommunity.co.uk/questions/19/XDH+-+Software) but haven't had much luck. This isn't much use to the iPhone/iPad in any case as is another Windows exe. I wish I'd known that the XDH recorded in a proprietary format without any useful conversion tools before I'd bought the box. I probably would have chosen something else. It is a huge PITA. I'd be very grateful if anyone has any useful tips/advice on how to deal with these files! Thanks in advance, Andy
