I tried the recommended TFTP auto-updater, no change. It sounds like I need to hit the restart button but I can't find it ,if there is one. Any more suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you Jake -

I have a Hikvision DS-2CD2132-I that I flashed to the 5.02 firmware. After doing so I could not find the cameras ip using the SADP software. But I could log in to the camera with a web browser. Now I cant log in via web browser and I still can't find it using the SADP. I have read that when the bullet version of this camera you can do a hard reset with the button. With the dome I can't find a reset button. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you Jake
