I have it guy at one of my customers place of business disconnect the power to his ptz and connect it back after 5 minutes but the spectras went into configeration mode and didn't start the pattern again, is there a way to get this to go right back to normal after a power failure. Thank You

Thank You for the reply, i see that but how can i get it to go back into last pattern before the power failure. Say at 1 am the power fails and comes back up a minute later, the PTZ will stay down till someone moves it?

I was building a dvr for a customer and installed the XP pro 64 bit, and wouldn't you know it it wount work with Geo Vision, Am i wrong if so please tell me before a reformat the drives again.........AHhhhhhh

had the samething happen to me, i just reinstalled the software and haven't had a problem since.

I have a customer with a problem with there nnuvico bullet cameras. i have 2 power supplies one in the store and one in the gas attendants office. The problem is the one with the gas office all 4 cameras have become dark all of a sudden. Any one have an idea why? has anyone ever had a normal screen shot of all the cameras and the all the sudden they all turn black, you can see the tag turning red to signal recording on every camera but the all are completely black except for the name of the camera.

Is anyone having problems shutting down control center server. It seem no matter what i do it just keeps coming up. What is it ? And NO i havent had a chance to read the manual?

how can i set up to control a Spectra PTZ's remotely, right now i have it working great just client would like to control it from his office.

I had two spectra 3s off a geovision dvr, used the pelco spectra 3 with d protocol.

Hi, I just got a service call to fix a system, it's Includeds a jpeg2000 dvr which is locked , the question is how can i reset the code back to default. This is just a service call i did not install this system which you will just love i have to take pictures.

i tryed to get a model number but i didn't see any i did get the serial number though her is what it looks like Thanks

ye i tryed alsmost everything, just figured i'd ask if anyone has ever done a hard reset

it just keeps asking me for the code and can't get to any of the optons

Thanks Guys I just thought it was me....

I have a client that would like to see the video off the DVR (geovision),on 2 tv's in the house. so if he's in the bedroom and he hears something he doesn't have to down too were the DVR is to see the video he can just turn on the TV and tune it to a certain channel and see the video.

I have had 2 calls this month about my pc based geo systems, they have a problem were they just sometimes either freeze or they don't wake up ? Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

wow, i need to know were you guys go shopping for a dell system for $399, I have always built my own computers, just with intel chipsets. I am just using a dell box for my low end systems. I do turn off the hibernate setting, but i can hit the space bar and move the mouse and still nothing. Any ideas are good ones. I don't want to make this thread an arguement about what company is better. Thank You

Hey Guys, I need your help identifing this camera, I have to replace this camera and was wondering what the specs are. the whole system was 4 of these cameras and a pico2000 pc based dvr. Now they can't find the installer, go figure.

seen a cable spool holder i don't know were but it was made of plastic 2 side pieces that are square have matching holes and you can put the pole between them, i think it was from a company in canada, please help. Thank You

what is the voltage and how far are you away from the powerbox? I use alot of Nuvico brand cameras and have very good pictures with it. I did have a problem with other bullet ir cameras and fixed it fixing a voltage problem.

some cheap power box i picked up, i was thinking the same thing will test it out when i have a chance.
