I had a customer call me and tell me someone stole his pc based dvr from his utility closet..about 2 weeks later in the same neighborhood i had a guy ask me how he can get his computer to work because all he gets is dvr software pop up everytime he plugs in his new computer he bought off someone... I went into a wawa yesturday to get a sandwich and seen a cheap china based bullet camera mounted on the counter a soon as you walk in about waist height I keep all my old time lapse vcr and give them to customers to put them out in the open so the steal these instead

I bought the camera master 1 new, it is a good focusing tool but i am waiting till someone make a tool which will tell you the peak ......None that i know gives you that you just have to play with it till you think you reached the high mark, and when they make one that tells you the peak then i will buy a new one.....

Gary , I totally agree with security monster, if your customer wants a cheap sytem, just explain to him that you do not carry cheap (cosco & ebay) sytems, you have to explain to them that they are useless and that they will not give them the picture and coverage he wants..I see it that when you explain to people the difference they see the the difference, But if install a cheap sytem, trust me from experience you will have more time and headaches then the profit you made on it....

with all though respect why not save up your money and get a good system, I see people everyday pay for cr@p like cosco stuff, then go ahead and buy a good system afterwards, now you spent money twice... Save your money and buy a good system also get more than you need if you think you need 5 get an 8 channel dvr you alway need more than you think...

I agree with that i am also using a camera master 1 but i to aim it & trouble shooting you need a lcd...

Tom If you want a multi purpose tool i'd say get the rapport 330 i think it is, i am using it and very nice picture, the only problem i have with it and i had to take it back to my distributor was something to do with a charging problem but take a look very nice picture, I still carry an 8 inch LCD ( car lcd ) with me too, as the batteries in the rapport would crap out, I hope i have better news next week reguarding this problem from the manufactor. My distributer says no one had this problem before....

Imagine if he was taking the elevator to go to the bathroom .... Ouch But you have to look at the sad part that if you had someone getting rapedno one would of help that person for 41 hours... This is something i had to say if he sues i hope he wins...

Ok I am asking how does this camera compare to nuvico's CB-SD3895N-L I am having some water issues with the nuvicos and need a sustitute Any comments or opinions...

I worked with VB6 but got visual studio 2005 started to study and work with it now i see 2008 is comming out , I think i will stick to learning VB 2005 though
