    It worked by adding the two remaining cables (no5 & no6) with blue and grey. So the order is : 1 - White/Orange > 4 - Brown 2 - Orange > 3 - Purple 3 - White/Green > 2 - Orange 4 - Blue > 11 - Yellow 5 - White/Blue > Blue 6 - Green > Grey 7 - White/Brown > (Not used) 8 - Brown > (Not used) Voila!!

    Did it work for you? I'm also trying to use the rj45 cable as Power Over Ethernet, so I'm guessing it will use all 6 cables.
