    Sir I'm using HiFocus HD-801C1-H 8 channel DVR. I have connected 5 cameras but we are able to view only 4 camera - connectors 1 to 4, when i connect to any one from 5-8 it showz the display on restart but when it starts recording the display stops. I have changed the camera, cables etc, Is there anyway to upgrade the firmware or do a factory reset?. kindly help
