I'm new to this but do have a little electronic experience under my belt. I'm looking for a complete system for my folks. They live out in the country with little to no light around except for the outside light. My budget is $500, I know not much but all I can do at the moment but hoping to upgrade. I figure a 4 camera system for now, I was wanting something with 600 tvl or so or at least something with decent clarity & night vision & capible to record up to at least 1-2 weeks. I realize thats a big stretch on a shoestring budget.
