Have a everfocue and on screen it says "Focus Motor Error" , I've opened it up and visually looks ok. Has anyone seen this problem ? Camera is just at a year old, an inop with no warranty i'm told, does the factory take them back for repairs ? I hate to buy another PTZ over this. if I do, it wont be a everfocus (out of my pocket, not Customer) Brand name was the reason I bought it, and I thought long life as well Olease let me know your thoughts...
