is there something for linux - webplugin.tar.bz2 is missing - dahua 3200c

I have dahua 3200c ip cam. I tried ftp://194.197.92.197/drivers/dahua/cam-fw/IPC-HX3(2)XXX/Ver2.212/General_IPC-HX3(2)XXX_Eng_P_V2.212.0001.0.R.20131224.zip - its newer than 20131206 Using config_tool.exe (was in camera CD ROM). Attention: I tried web updating before using config_tool.exe, BUT IT HANGS!! I was waiting for an one hour.... but without success.. After that I closed web browser and without restarting of camera succesfully used config_tool. Thanks God it works.! I live in Kiev, Ukraine - so I desparately need camera working!

As I remeber latest firmware was 20131206... So..

Is that PAL version or NTSC???? I really need PAL...

One more question - in the firmware archive (General_IPC-HX3(2)XXX_Eng_P_V2.210.0001.0.R.20130517) exept General_IPC-HX3(2)XXX_Eng_P_V2.210.0001.0.R.20130517.bin there are a lot of another files: update.img, VideoDaemon.zip....etc? what is it needed for? Another question is there any posibility to change lens to another one, more suitable?

I have Dahua DH-IPC-HFW3200S PAL - 20130517 firmware version. So, ftp uploading works very bad - strange file names, strange dir structure, etc; motion detect very buggy... So I really need newest firmware. Please if someone have it - share it!
