I live in India, I am new to this forum, and want your help with my embeded DVR connected with my office LAN.
Specifications:
Make: Chinese H.264
Model: R-1008
Has 8 video and audio channels, two USB ports and one LAN port. with 1 TB HDD. I have connected the DVR to Office LAN, and access live video from my office PC via the software that was provided with the DVR called "DVRClient V1.0"
The Problem:
When I need to view recorded videos, the "DVRClient" software can search my dvr based on date - time - camera and type (motion, alarm or all), and can play it back, however there is NO FASTFORWARD Facility.
that is, if i want to see who entered my office during 12:00 noon to 2 PM, I need to watch it for two hours to actually see it.
I want to know if there is any third party / generic software or a newer version of the "DVRClient" software is available, which can allow me to search and view DVR recorded videos with fast forward faclity.
