its not a kodicom system its my pc system just upgraded card for games etc and whated to know which pci-e card is compatable with kodicom dvr card thats all -

Hi all, I have recently rebuilt a new pc with the ATI Sapphire 2400 pro pci-express nothing special but it works well apart from my dvr. I have a kodicom card that works fine on my internal grapchics card but not with my ATI card pci-e i have used loads of different drivers bit it just freezes on one image and is motionless. Please could somebody help Thanks -
Hi i have a questions that i would like answering on the AVC 760 Avtech 1) Is there any way just to record one camera that as had motion rather than all cameras activating on motion so baiscally only the camera that as picked up motion records

Hi, I have just purchased myself a AVTECH 760 DVR with a sv35 250gb hard drive to replace my pc dvr where i was using a cheap kodicom card what sort of diference in quality can i expect. Also is the networking easy to set up im on virgin/telewest/ntl broadband which i believe uses a dynamic ip address with a netgear router Many Thanks for any help or advice Jonny

ok but will any ide drive work like hitachi and samsung, also does it matter if its a ata-133 or ata-100- or ata 66 thanks for your help mekon

does the avc760 use ide or sata connection cos i think the sv use sata

Hi, Im looking at getting the AVC760 or avtech i think its called and i will be needing a hard drive the question is will any work i have been looking at the seagate barracuda 250gb would this be ok or could i go higher in size basically the question is will all IDE Drives work in the avc760 Thanks

also when i plug it into a normal tv the picture quality is brilliant so i think its the card resolution

i have checked everywhere and there is a setting but that is the maxiumum thats on there there is some lower but i have set it to max i dont even know what software i need think i will get a new card i have contacted where i got it from to see if they can help thanks guys

ken what resolution are u running now is it alot better that 380 x 280 whatever it is

my dvr card will only show a max resolution of 352x288 should i be able to increase it to a higher resolution or could it be the maximum the card can support i have tried everything and no joy. would 640 x 480 show a better quality picture if i could increase it. thanks, jonny

should i be able to set a better resolution than 352x288 card like 640*480 is that the reason why its fuzzy its just that 352*288 is the highest it will let me select
