I've problem with KPD679Z(EU)-D on boot up that it hangs on logo screen and shows no further activity. Power adapter is working on 19V. I have to hard reset it but it same. I want to try update firmware, but i cannot find firmware to this series.. Can any body pls tell me how to get this firmware for this DVR.. please help !!
