Hopefully someone can help. I've inherited a CCTV system from a recent house move, a 4port QVIS Atlantis system. Whilst I've managed to get remote access sorted, as well as the mobile apps, I'm having trouble with the system clock.
I've set up the NTP to point to the UK NTP pool and this sets every 5 minutes. However the clock resets every 30 seconds. When I say resets I mean the following.
NTP sets the time to 21:00.00. For the next 5 minutes the time will only tick up to 21:00.30 before resetting back to 21:00.00. Does anyone have any idea as to what could cause this? I've gone through all the settings and can't find a single thing.
I thought that it might have been a problem with an internal battery, but shouldn't it be okay with a dedicated power source and NTP?
