hello i want to confirm about these software called general CMS V3 looks like it could be used for "chinese cloud server DVR" is it legit and safe to use? i'm using it for xmeye supported DVR and works fine but the seller and xmeye website never inform me about these CMS software so i don't know if is legal or not legal to use Thx

i just realize the default setting of my hikvision really bad the framerate too low, sometime the playback stuttering and the quality of the captured bad too, even without zoom would show some pixelated face please help me to configurating the setting so the playback would be better quality here the spec DVR 8 channel hikvision turbo hd 7208 camera DS-2CE56C2T here the old setting here some example of pixelated face

update: no significan quality from 1080p back to 720p reduce the data size with reducing the frame rate from 25 to 12 no noticeable problem from playback seriously, i like china AHD cctv brand than hikvision...

to reduce the filesize 20fps looks good enough btw i checked the playback just now, better than the default setting but still not good enough the stutter reduced by 80% but the pixelated face still there increase the bitrate to 4096 and resolution to 1080p if not good enough dunno what to do...

i tried this setting today gonna wait the result for a few days is this setting good enough? please correct me if i'm wrong thanks

hello i want to improve my security camera right now still using cheap cctv camera got recording quality problem and environment not support cctv recording like this pic right now i could buy ipcamp from - local store - dhgate - ebay the problem with local store, they still not providing cheap ipcam so i need to choose to buy from ebay or dhgate is there any reliable ip cam price around 100$ supported by cheap software and using computer as nvr? maybe anyone could share some experience and information here Thanks

You should check the connector cable conected to the dvr That might the problem

apc smart 1000 xli dvr + 9 camera i don't think the cctv could overload the ups apc

need to use the dvr and back up the video first the back up video could be played on computer

hello i just take out harddisk storage from avtech h264 8ch DVR to prevent the old date video replaced by recent video ussually i just check the video from dvr, but this time i need to check out carefully maybe need more than 1 week at home i have 1 dvr D1 4 channel and PC is there any solution so i could check the video inside the HDD storage? smooth play and great detail if possible using other different DVR or using some software from PC windows base? the computer won't detect the hdd, i won't touch the hdd or change something with the hdd from what can i find using google the easy way was using same model DVR i got 3 dvr at home, but none of the dvr same model with the dvr where i toke the hdd from is there any risk of data lost if i use the hdd to different dvr so i could playback it? or there any software where i could playback it using my pc without dvr? OMG just contacted with my cctv seller offer 300$ for 4 channel realtime d1 dvr then they offered me to use ip camera for 200$ 1.3 megapixel maybe i need to import the cctv from ebay or online shop but my varifocal from local vendor got more better quality than ebay dunno why looks like ip camera really good solution too since i got 24hours/7 days non stop pc maybe i could use the pc for nvr ip camera btw anyone know the reason for this blur image? especially on night day
