Hi Guys, we have a Digital Watchdog model DWVF161T that we have set up at a clients location. We have two of them on site, and they are both set up to use a single KVM and screen at the front desk so they can monitor the cameras. The only issue we are having is that we are unable to get a mouse to work through the KVM (the kvm has a port for a usb mouse). Does anyone know if there a specific model of mouse or KVM that we should be using?
The other issue could be distance as well. The KVM is running over a 30ft extender cable as the DVR's are in the basement and the KVM is at the front desk.
We have also tried wireless mice and have been able to get one to work consistently but we are unable to get two to work at the same time (i am guessing they are interfering with each other).
If anybody has any suggestions or thoughts I would appreciate it.
