    Hi Guys, Newbie Trying to connect remotely to my HX-16 Eyemax DVR unit. I-Smart Viewer comes back with "connection failed" every time. What's more, it's not working at all now for days, but BEFORE, it worked randomly and for no reason would stop and then restart working... no idea why. Using ATT router in my business.
